R. G. KULKARNI, B.E. (CIVIL),DSM, FIE & Chartered Engineer:
Has rich experience in the design and detailing of Irrigation structures, Irrigation utilities, Hydropower projects and various hydraulic applications. Retired from Govt. of Maharashtra as Secretary, Irrigation Dept. after 37 years of service. Instrumental in successful implementation of various projects during his service with Govt. of Maharashtra and was bestowed with number of awards. He is a Fellow of Institution of Engineers and holds a valid Licence as Registered Structural Engineer from MCGB in 'Unlimited' Class and Chartered Engineer's Certificate from The Institute of Engineers (India), Kolkata.

V. S. Tamhankar, B.E. (Mech):
Has rich experience in the designing, detailing and construction of Hydro-Electric Power Projects including prestigious Koyna HE Project, Electrical component of Lift Irrigation schemes. Retired from Govt. of Maharashtra as Chief Engineer (Elec), Irrigation Dept. after 36½ years of service. Instrumental in successful implementation of various HEP projects during his service with Govt. of Maharashtra.

D. S. Taware, B.E. (Elec.):
Has rich experience in the designing, detailing and construction of Hydro-Electric Power Projects including prestigious Koyna HE Project, Electrical component of Lift Irrigation schemes. Retired from Govt. of Maharashtra as Chief Engineer (Elec), Irrigation Dept. after 36½ years of service. Instrumental in successful implementation of various HEP projects during his service with Govt. of Maharashtra. Having worked as CE (Elec.) in PWD, he was responsible for the administration of Indian Electricity Act 1910 and I.E. Rules; Electricity Act 1948.

V. B. Wagh, B.E. (Civil):
Has rich experience in Project management, Quality Control, Project documentation, Surveying, Estimation and Execution of Irrigation Projects. Retired from Govt. of Maharashtra as Under Secretary & Executive Engineer, Irrigation Dept. after 32 years of service. Instrumental in successful implementation of various projects during his service with Govt. of Maharashtra. Has under taken overseas tour to study various improvements & specialization in Irrigation Projects.

G. P. Raichur, B.Sc.:
Has varied experience in construction of Irrigation Project components, Lift Irrigation Schemes, Masonry dam foundation work, Structural Steel fabrication, Use of chemicals in construction including leak proof treatment to masonry dam and canal structures.

S. N. Diwanji, M. Sc. (Geology):
Having served in the Irrigation Dept. of Govt. of Maharashtra for 34 years in the field of Engineering Geology, he has a varied experience in the Geological & Geo-technical investigations, geological mapping in the ase of Dams, Power Houses and Canal structures etc.

Anand R. Kulkarni, Dip. in Civil Engineering:
He has worked on the preparation of plans and estimates of a variety of Irrigation Projects. Has experience in surveying and investigation of different types of Irrigation Projects.
